COMPETITION JIU JITSU SIX-WEEK SESSION WITH CASEY COLLIAS
This comprehensive six-week session will be run by Jiu Jitsu Black Belt Casey Collias. Training with some of the best in the tournament circuit, Casey has amassed an astounding winning record by smashing through the competition. This course will focus on everything one would need to become successful in competition.

Learning The Point System And How To Incorporate It Into Your Tournament Strategies
Drills To Help Improve Your Game
High Level Sweeps And Counters
How To Improve Your Confidence And Focus For Competition

Throughout the six week course the participants will be training towards competing and will act as a training camp in order to prepare for higher level competition.
