GET READY FOR ULTIMATE FITNESS! Join our certified instructors in a unique six week fitness challenge combining elements of Krav Maga and MMA paired with cardio and strength training. This challenge includes three Ultimate Fitness classes per week. Mondays are Krav Maga-focused with Chris Sullivan; dive into MMA-style fitness on Wednesdays with Rafaello Oliveria; and finish the week on Fridays Tabata-style with Ashley Bird. Classes begin at 5:45 PM and end at 6:30 PM. Our certified instructors tailor each class to every individual – train at your own pace and leave feeling empowered!
