Join our certified instructors in a unique six week fitness challenge combining elements of Krav Maga and MMA paired with cardio and strength training. This challenge includes three Ultimate Fitness classes per week. Mondays are Krav Maga-focused with Chris Sullivan; dive into MMA-style fitness on Wednesdays with Rafaello Oliveria; and finish the week on Fridays Tabata-style with Ashley Bird. Classes begin at 5:45 PM and end at 6:30 PM. Our certified instructors tailor each class to every individual – train at your own pace and leave feeling empowered! The certified instructors Matt Robinson (Krav Maga Blackbelt) and David Aarons (Commander of Goose Creek SWAT Team) of Charleston Krav Maga will lead selected faculty and administrative staff through training to equip them to protect themselves and their students in threatening situations. The hands-on seminars will focus on scenarios found in and around educational facilities including parking lot safety, hostage situations and maintaining patient and staff safety.
Session dates and times are determined by the individual schools, the purpose of this site is for registration only.These sessions are scheduled through the schools, private individuals may not register unless invited by your school.
