This class will invigorate muscles, increase flexibility, and strengthen the spirit using on of the most effective types of high-intensity interval training. Each class will work your mind and body together with a martial arts-inspired cardio and a yoga-inspired strength and flexibility training. Class is led by certified Krav Maga and Yoga instructor, Ashley Bird.
